Description
- Provide specialized nursing care to adult cardiac and complex internal medicine patients.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced emergency care specialists.
- Work in a high acuity, fast-paced environment.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to assess and evaluate patient care.
- Promote ongoing partnerships between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Adhere to culturally based and age-specific care practices.
- Follow the American Nursing Association code of ethics and relevant practice acts.
- Assess and plan patient care based on nursing principles.
- Implement and evaluate patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with peers and maintain confidentiality.
- Maintain professional growth and competence.
- Adapt to change and work in a diverse setting.
- Diploma of Nursing required.
- Ohio RN License or Compact required.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
